Steps to Rotary Engrave a Two-line Name Tag
1 Press the Scott blank tag onto the engraver bed
2 Choose the file having the tag text
3 Start the SignGraver machine and watch it work
4 When done engraving, brush away the chips
5 Lift the tag from the bed
6 Add a safety pin or magnetic fastener - it's ready to wear!↖

00:03 We'll begin with a one by three inch round corner name tag.
00:07 And next we'll engrave two lines of type.
00:13 Using a one by three inch round corner name tag provided by Scott Machine, we're going to engrave the sample text in the center of that tag.
00:22 The machine is already set up.
00:25 We're not changing the cutter, so we'll simply select the file which is the tag text in the corner and send that.
00:34 Turn the vacuum on.
00:43 The engraving head moves precisely into place and the engraving begins.
00:56 No need to watch every stroke. You can leave the machine unattended as it works, if you wish.
