What if I place an order, but my shopping cart is empty?
If you believe that you had items in your shopping cart and it's now empty, it could be because of the following reasons:
You just placed an order and hit the "back" or "refresh" button. View your previous orders from the "My Account" page to confirm that your order was placed.
You selected items as another user, then you logged on under a different user name. To eliminate this problem in the future, log in before you start shopping.
Items are deleted from your shopping cart after 99 days.
