A clean sweep...whoosh it away
Avoid noisy shop vacs; tuck this quiet vacuum unit under your workbench for greater noise suppression. The wood base further absorbs the sound and helps negate vibration. Simply toggle the blower on and off with the foot switch.
From time to time, merely empty the chips from the white collection bucket and replace the paper filter. That’s engraving engineered for quiet success!
The Vacuum That Deploys without the Noise
Our new engraving vacuum increases cleanup performance while reducing noise. It’s designed to run continuously because it doesn't use air from the vacuum hose for cooling. Instead, an external fan draws fresh air around the motor. And it operates quietly…so different from noisy, typical shop vacs.
The configuration shown here is designed to fit in the knee hole beneath your bench. Take advantage of the 10' long non-kinking hose and put it around the corner for even more noise isolation. The hose’s soft rubber end can be wiped across surfaces without ever marring them. And there's even an on/off foot switch, for added convenience.
This non-contracting hose connects directly to our SignGraver 11/16 machine and MetalGraver 12/9 nose cone. The hose is handheld when cleaning inside the AutoGraver 8/6 gantry.

Meet Our Built-In Time Savers
Let's look closer at the essential features that keep you more productive.
The motor is cooled by an external fan – visible through the metal grille – that drives an impeller at a low rpm speed, creating a quieter, more fruitful work environment.
The on/off foot switch is a real labor-saving feature, leaving your hands free to work on the bench. No need to reach for a remote canister switch – save a few seconds every time you vacuum.
Our non-kinking, rubber-tipped hose reaches anywhere across the workpiece and the bench top. So cleanup is significantly faster, with no stray crumbs left behind.
SignGraver 11/16 Vacuum Integration
Our time-saving vacuum tubing system is factory installed and integrated into the chassis, yielding a compact, reliable design.
This optional, though strongly recommended, vacuum hardware attaches to the back of the machine. The hose is located on the left side of the machine, out of the way where it never snags or catches, and is routed into the back of the spindle. You'll like the convenience of the second hose for capturing the few chips that aren't vacuumed away during engraving.
It's one more way to save seconds in every job, which means saving hours in every month.
Speed Up, Sweep Up on the AutoGraver 8/6
This special purpose vacuum has an uncommonly flexible hose that reaches inside the corners of the AutoGraver machine to whisk up all those little bits of engraving debris in hard-to-reach areas. The soft-rubber end won't damage the equipment or mar your work. So just draw away the chips and keep your work flowing.
MetalGraver Vacuum - for plastics
All MetalGravers include a nose-mounted vacuum shroud -- that's the clear plastic cuff that surrounds the cutter in the upper photo and captures the plastic chips.
In the lower photo, see the same clear nose-cone, a short length of frosted white hose, and a solid white tapered adapter; these items accompany every machine. The gray hose from our vacuum slips directly into the white tapered adapter -- no tools or seals -- press & done.
Stainless steel chips cannot be drawn away from the cutter using the vacuum shroud. Instead, just hold the gray hose by hand and clean up the chips.
Upgrade to a Universal & Flexible Vacuum Hose
Many clients have paired our vacuum and engravers, and now they want to continue to use their legacy vacuums with a new engraver.
This non-contracting hose connects directly to our current SignGraver 11/16 machine and MetalGraver 12/9 nose cone. The hose is handheld when cleaning inside the AutoGraver 8/6 gantry.
Simply remove the lid from your existing vacuum and snap this new lid in place.
